Soothe your senses and find your bliss on the beach!  Soft sand between your toes, sweet music filling your ears and the view of our very own Lake Pocotopaug to steady our gaze while we come together through Yoga.  Erin of Radiant Yoga and Helena of Hot Cat Yoga will playfully guide the class while members of gigglejuice provide the sounds that will move us.
