The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.  Challenge all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.  Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for fast!

  • Tuesday and Thursday
  • 9:30am-10:30am or
  • 6:00pm-7:00pm
  • Session 1 - No class December 25, 2014
