Fly Casting for Beginners

Rowan Lytle
This Class is intended to teach beginners the essential skills necessary to become a fly caster.  Students will learn the overhead cast, the sidearm cast, and the roll cast as well as line mending and handing.  No prior fishing experience is needed. All students must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid CT Fishing License.  Participants must bring their own fly rod, reel and line to class.
