This workshop is designed to be both educational and recreational in order to help participants take care of themselves while caring for a relative or friend. You will benefit from this workshop if you are helping a parent, spouse, friend, someone who lives at home, in a nursing home, or across the country. The workshop is for family caregivers of all ages, male or female who need to laugh, take a break, and feel more confident in coping with caregiving demands (no professional caregivers please).
