Anyone who is considering applying, or who wants a better understanding of what Affordable Healthcare can offer, this is for you.  In this session we will address the eligibility requirements; available plans and how they can keep you healthier!  By the end of this session you will be able to create your own account with Access Health CT and be able to start the process required to complete an application during Access HealthCT open enrollment period.  Please register below and Cost is Free.
