A 30 minute energizing aerobic workout for all skill levels using simple dance steps like the grapevine, kicks, kneelifts and twist to a fun selection of music.  A great place to start if you're new to group fitness!  High versions of moves are also shown for those more advanced or ready to take to the next level.  Followed by a 30 minute complete muscle conditioning workout using weighted bars and balls, resistance bands and balance equipment.  This workout can easily be adjusted for any level of fitness and strength.

Class Times:
  • Monday and Wednesday
  • 5:30pm - 6:30pm or
  • 8:30 am - 9:30am
