A 50 minute class that combines a little of everything; cardio, strength, circuits, agility, and even games.  Challenge yourself while getting the support and motivation you need in a fun, non-competitive atmosphere.  Open to anyone at any level, however participants should be accustomed to exercise.  All moves will be modeled first to ensure proper techniques are used as well as several variations for each so that you are able to personalize your workout and challenge yourself appropriately.  You'll learn a variety of lunges, squats, planks, and push-ups, while mixing in bursts of running, jumping, and other forms of cardio.  While improving your performance, you'll be able to support others with their goals.  We work individually, with partners, and even as a team to add variety to each class.  No two classes are ever the same.  All participants should bring a mat or towel, a water bottle, hand weights, and lots of energy.
